Go to My Record > Health Summary and select the Immunisations tab. Here, you can see the immunisations you’ve received and the dates on which you received them. Select the immunisation’s name to learn more. If your immunisations are not up to date, contact your healthcare organisation to have your information updated.

View COVID-19 testing and vaccination information in the COVID-19 activity in MyChart. In the MyChart mobile app, select the COVID-19 icon in the top right of the home screen.
View your lab and test results in MyChart as soon as they become available, along with standard ranges and provider comments. You can set up email or text notifications in Communication Preferences.
Go to Test Results in MyChart, select a result, and select Compare result trends. Select Download at the bottom of the page to save a PDF of your results over time.
