Your healthcare provider has access to your full medical record so they can provide the best care for you. If you are seen at more than one organisation, your provider might be able to see information from your record at another organisation if both organisations participate in Care Everywhere.
MyChart is a window that shows you what is in your medical record. Your MyChart information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your provider's office.
Use Share Everywhere in MyChart to give any provider temporary access to your health information. Care Everywhere lets your providers securely access records from other organisations.
Your health information is stored with your healthcare organisation. Epic does not have access to your data and cannot reset your password. Contact your healthcare organisation directly for help.
