To book a future video visit:
- Go to Find Care > Book an Appointment.
- Select video visit as your reason for attendance.
- Choose which provider and time slot you want and then select Book.
- At least fifteen minutes prior to your video visit appointment, log in to MyChart and go to the visits list (My Record > Visits).
- Select eCheck-In to complete the necessary steps prior to beginning your visit.
- After you've completed eCheck-In, select Begin Visit to ensure you're able to connect.
- If the connection was successful, you are placed in a virtual waiting room. Your provider will be with you shortly!
