To book or request an appointment, go to Find Care > Book an Appointment.
Depending on your reason for booking or the type of appointment you choose, you either make the appointment yourself or request to have your healthcare organisation contact you.
Use eCheck-In in MyChart before your appointment to verify insurance, update medications, answer questionnaires, and pay your co-payment before you arrive.
Go to Find Care, select Book an Appointment, and choose video visit as your reason. Pick a provider and time slot to book your visit.
