Meeting with a provider by video visit is a convenient way to receive care without coming to the hospital or practice in person.
You can use a web browser on your desktop computer or a mobile application to start a video visit. Mobile devices are preferred because most already have the appropriate camera and microphone setup for video visits.

Make sure your camera and microphone work and test your connection in MyChart at least 30 minutes before your video visit start time.
Go to Find Care, select Book an Appointment, and choose video visit as your reason. Pick a provider and time slot to book your visit.
